We hope that you enjoyed your purchase. However, if you need to return an item we're here to help. Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from purchase date (there are exceptions to our return and refund policies).
Refunds will be credited in full amount (excluding shipping charges) and in the same form as the original payment type*.
*Payments made with debit/credit cards can have either the funds returned to the original card used or given as a store credit to place a new order.
*Payments made through PayPal can have either the funds returned to your PayPal account or given as a store credit to place a new order.
*Payments made through Cash on Delivery (if applicable) can have a store credit for the same value of the returned item(s) to use on your next order.
*Please note that some beauty, grooming, and hair care products are not eligible for return or exchange (no refunds).
Fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions. Therefore, we cannot refund fragrances and home scents purchases.
Items must be retuned in the original condition in which they were received in order to receive a refund.
To receive a refund, Items must be unopened and unused.
Returns and refunds can only be made once authorized by our support team.
Unfortunately, COD is not available for orders outside Kuwait at the current time. Therefore, please do not choose COD at checkout because your order will be automatically cancelled by our support team.
If you are outside Kuwait, you can still easily place an order by choosing one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Knet, Amex, and PayPal.
If you selected COD unintentionally, and you still want your order to be delivered, please contact us and we will send you an email or a message with a link to make a payment using the payment methods available to your country.
Your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days (Kuwait), 5-12 business days (rest of GCC).
*Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Solutionz cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
*Please note that orders containing fragrances and some home scents products might take longer than the expected delivery time as they are classified as 'dangerous goods' by International Air Regulations.
*Also, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the local postal service and our carrier partners please allow up to 30 business days for you order to be delivered. If you have not received your after 30 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please remember to include your order number provided in your order confirmation email when contacting us to ensure prompt service.

*Sometimes we ship your order with one of our carrier partners. Don't worry, you will receive a notification from our carrier partner when they receive your order. They will also provide you with all the information needed to track your order.
To cancel your order, please contact us (chat or email) quoting your order number and request a cancellation.
*Please note that orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. This is because we usually process your order in less than 30 minutes. If your order has already been processed and you still want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process. Thank you for your understanding.
We strive to keep the merchandise status up-to-date but sometimes there are situations when an item may be out of stock and unfortunately that is not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to high order volume.
Every order is unique so reasons for cancellation and delays vary. They can be, but not limited to:
- Items ordered
- Quantity of items ordered
- How long the item was sitting in your shopping cart
- Incorrect contact information
- Incorrect shipping information
- Incorrect billing information
- Failed payment approval
- Customs clearance delays, which is out of our control
If any of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by our customer service team. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.
