      Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch (after receiving a shipping confirmation notification). Solutionz cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

      Please note that orders containing fragrances and some home scents products might take longer than the expected delivery time as they are classified as 'dangerous goods' by International Air Regulations. 

      During holidays shopping season (Eid, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) we receive a high volume of orders, which might cause some delays on your order. However, we will try our best to deliver your order as fast as possible.

      Also, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the local postal service and our carrier partners please allow up to 21 business days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your order after 21 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

      We deliver to Kuwait, USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar (currently not active), Oman (currently not active), and Bahrain (currently not active). If your country is not listed, please contact us at Support@thinksolutionz.com and we will do our best to place an order for you.

      What if my order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time?

      If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please remember to include your order number provided in your order confirmation email when contacting us to ensure prompt service.

      Why there was additional charges on my order?

      Most orders are delivered without any additional charges. Unfortunately, some countries charge VAT and/or additional taxes when your order is delivered, which is out of our control.

      Any extra charges, customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country will be charged by the courier at delivery, and is the customer's responsibility.


      Will there by any additional charges, VAT and/or additional taxes?

      That depends on the destination. For example, VAT will be applied at checkout on orders from KSA at a standard rate of 15% + 2.5% handling surcharge & UAE at a standard rate of 5% + 2.5% handling surcharge. Import duties will be applied at checkout on orders from Kuwait at a standard rate of 12.5% + $16 handling surcharge.


      Why do we ask for your ID?

      Some countries require you to provide us with your ID number and full name in order to ensure smooth customs clearance and fast delivery of your order. 

      Acceptable ID: National ID name and number, passport name and number, or your name and number of any government-issued document showing proof of residence in that country.


      How can I track my order?
